Helsa display is a sleek and intentional serif font by ParaType best used for titles and short text. It is a collection of typefaces with a sleek design, inspired by the narrow Elseviers typefaces of the early twentieth century and taking its cues from Dutch type specimens, as well as hints of American type specimen catalogs and the designs of Wolf and Herbeck foundries.
Due to the small character size and high stroke contrast, Helsa is extremely versatile and can display large font sizes that will draw the viewer in.
This particular font is perfect for branding museums, concerts, shows, individual clothing or perfume brands, and of course, any project connected with design and history.
Helsa also comes with a very generous set of glyphs which is over 1,600 glyphs and subtitle hundreds of languages, such as Cyrillic, Greek, and Vietnamese. It also features a plethora of OpenType features including fractions, ligatures, old style and tabular numerals, titling alternatives and more. There are special symbols of dashes and punctuation marks for the upper and lower case fonts.
There are arrows, circled and oval numbered shapes, and signs for the different types of plastics, cards suits and a lot more in Helsa besides the letters.
